Meaningful Use requirements and changes to reimbursement are making the transfer of personal health information from one healthcare setting to another a critical part of healthcare service delivery. This session aims to help providers understand the options and prepare to connect to a Health Information Exchange (HIE). The Georgia Regional Academic Community Health Information Exchange (GRAChIE) is a successful regional exchange in Georgia. Learn how the objectives below are achieved in the real world setting of GRAChIE.
